I want to thank you and Affordable Quality for the repair work done on my house. You and your company have done a truly exceptional job.
You have replaced the roof, siding, and skylights, and “wrapped” the exposed wood portions of the house in all areas I requested. The quality of the materials is clearly as contracted for and is first-rate. What has truly delighted me, however, is the quality of the workmanship and the excellence of the crews that actually did the work. This is where Affordable Quality really shines.
I was particularly pleased with all your people who were courteous as well as competent. The roofing personnel, headed by Ed, were professional and swift, and the new roof and skylights, and the repair work on the porch, are everything I could have hoped for. However, I have to reserve my highest praised for Sung Yoon and Mike who did the siding and wrapping of the house. Here is where true professionalism and care, and attention to detail, really were in evidence. Every house on my street has been resided, but NONE can compare to the workmanship on mine (except, of course, the other house your company (and the master-craftsman Sung) did across the street). I now have a “new” house from every appearance and I am delighted.

We want you to know how pleased we are with the customer service we received from all your staff and the quality of the windows and doors that your crew installed for us earlier this month.
Larry, who provided us with an estimate, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. We were so confident that we wanted to go with Affordable after talking with him that we didn’t bother to get another estimate.
Ed and his crew did a great job installing the windows and doors. Ed did a masterful job installing the deck door which proved to be more difficult than expected. His craftsmanship is evident in the fine carpentry job he did framing the door. Sean was very thoughtful to explain how the windows are installed and the work involved in capping the windows. We could tell he takes great pride in his work. The others in the crew were very professional and courteous.

In response to your survey, I would not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends and neighbors. After the initial phone call, the estimate arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous, explained all options and submitted a proposal, which was accepted. I was given a schedule of approximately Halloween (the proposal was submitted the first of September). I had hoped for a speedier time frame due to leakage by could live with four to six week time frame. Alas it was December before the job was scheduled and completed.
The delivery of material was done matter of factly with no complaints. The installation crew arrived two weeks later and did a bang-up job. The crew assigned to my job was very courteous, caring and hard working group of people you do not see every day in this competitive market. They did a professional job in the least amount of time a person could wish for. I realize it is a family owned and operated business but you can compete with any contractor I have dealt with before and come out on top.
Please schedule an estimate for removal of old and installation of new roof for my Parents-in-law.
